Amazing experience with friendly service!

We had an incredible stay, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife right from our cozy bungalow with a hammock. The staff treated us like family, making our meals a wonderful experience, especially the freshly made breakfasts. A highlight was definitely seeing sloths and toucans during our relaxing moments outside. My only suggestion would be for improved lighting in the rooms for reading at night.

The pool area was nice and clean.

The room was small and uncomfortable for our family. We had to deal with the lack of space, making our stay frustrating. Additionally, the limited amenities did not meet our expectations, and it left us feeling disappointed.

the family-style staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. we stayed in the deluxe bungalow, which was clean and had air conditioning, a terrace, and a refrigerator. the restaurant had great breakfast options like fresh fruit and made-to-order dishes. the outdoor pool area was nice, even though it was a bit small. beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife around!

What I loved most was watching sloths and monkeys from our deck! The location was serene yet close to sights. Only downside was a bit of shower leakage. Overall, a fantastic nature escape! 🌿

The Glass Bungalow offered breathtaking views, while the dining options delighted my palate. I wish the dining area had more accessible seating. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Just a suitable option for a brief visit in La Fortuna with fantastic value for money. We celebrated my husband's birthday with a surprise party organized by the staff, complete with cake and music! Make sure to book activities through reception for free transportation to top-notch experiences.
